Shop Policies

Payment 

Visa, MasterCard, Amex, all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay are all forms of accepted payment. 


Payment plans are available to items priced over $250. If you would like to set up a payment plan, please contact me directly to set up custom payments.

Cancellation 

You may cancel your order within 2 days for a full refund. After 2 days your order is subject to a 25% labor and material fee. After 7 days all sales are final.

Custom pieces may be subject to unique circumstances. Cancelation and policies may differ for completely custom orders. Please contact me if you need to discuss a cancellation, I am always here to do the best I can for you. But most pieces start incurring costs within 24 hr.

Shipping 

FREE SHIPPING - DOMESTIC • •
All orders valued over $250, are shipped FOR FREE with USPS priority 1-3 day with signature required, and replacement insurance*. Shipping carrier upgrades can be requested at the time of purchase.

Please note: PRODUCTION TIME is separate from SHIPPING SPEED. Your made to order item will always take 2-3 weeks to make, and then ships at the speed, or carrier you select.

••RUSHED PRODUCTION • 

If you have a special deadline, I do offer rushed service for a fee.  Please contact me before, or immediately after purchase, to be sure I can make your exact piece in the timeframe needed. Rush fees can vary depending on the urgency, complexity, & how many orders, or rush requests I have at one time. Standard rush ($75) will generally ship your made-to-order item in 5-10 days, instead of the standard 3 weeks allotted.

*Replacement insurance: if your item is lost in transit, I will take all action to file claims, and replace the piece for you at full value. This service is provided as a standard with all shipments. If you would like to upgrade to "full value" insurance, please notify me, and I will get you a quote. With full value insurance, if the item is lost in transit, you make the claim with the carrier, and receive a cash refund once approved. Please be sure to read the carriers policy for insured parcels. All shipping carriers are a separate business from mossNstone. 


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS • •

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES. CUSTOMS FEES ARE NOT RELATED TO ME, MY SHOP OR RATES. PLEASE RESEARCH POSSIBLE IMPORT FEES BEFORE PURCHASING. I am not responsible for unexpected delays at customs. 


INTERNATiONAL SHIPPING TIMES AND RATES
Orders valued over $150 are shipped USPS priority international, with replacement insurance*. International deliveries shipped with USPS can take up to 2 weeks to deliver, sometimes longer if there is an unexpected delay at checkout.

International orders valued less than $150 are shipped USPS first class international. First class I international deliveries can take 10-20 days to arrive after shipment. Shipping upgrades available in cart, or contact me for rates.

mossNstone or the shop owner, is not responsible for the business of USPS or any other carrier. Please review carrier policies and coverage, this is a separate business from mossNstone.

Should there be an issue of any kind, I will do everything I can to help, so please contact me if needed.

Returns and Exchanges

Made-to-Order & customized items, are not returnable or refundable. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Most of the items in my shop are "Made-to-Order." These items are made just for you, (which is very unique and special!). However, I use my time, and expensive materials to make the item to your personal specifications, (ring size, gold color, or diamond selection). The finished piece is not in stock, it is handmade to order. For the most part, the used time and materials can not be recouped, or the material selections are not suitable to all customers. So please go over details with me carefully if you have any questions at all, I am here to answer any questions. Your satisfaction is very very important to me. It is my goal to be as forthcoming as possible via detailed photos, measurements and extra communication to be sure we are both on the same page, before the gold, expensive materials, and craftsmanship are put into the piece for you. PLEASE contact me if you have any questions, or issues at all.

"Ready-to-Ship" items are returnable for a refund prior to sizing. You must notify me within 3 days of receiving item to receive an approval for a return. The unworn item must be shipped back to the return address provided within 7 says of receipt. Because rings can only be sized a limited number of times, and limited range, once this ring is sized for you, it is customized, and no longer eligible for a return. If you would like to review the item, I recommend ordering the current size, and I will gladly re-size for you after at no cost, other than return shipping. After the item is received by the buyer and 3 days have passed, all sales are final and not eligible for returns. Item must be unworn and unaltered from original state to receive a refund. Buyer is responsible for return postage, and original shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds will only be submitted once returned merchandise is received back from buyer in original condition.

Reserving a stone / deposits

You may ask to put down a deposit to reserve a certain stone or diamond where the options are uniquely lettered or numbered. The deposit amount is subject to the discretion of the shop owner. In the case that you change your mind about moving forward with the piece, your deposit is refundable within 2 days, after 2 days only 50% of your deposit will be refunded in the case that you change your mind after 7 days, your deposit it is not refundable. Please know, this policy is in place because these stones or diamonds are completely one of a kind, and I am taking your selection off the market and potentially losing the opportunity to set this stone of another buyer while it is being reserved for you. This is a benefit I offer, if you know for sure you want to reserve a stone, but are not quite ready to purchase. 

Your full deposit will be credited towards the cost of the piece. If you need longer than 4 weeks to pay 50% the remaining cost, only 50% of your deposit will be credited toward the cost. This is so I can move through my pieces on a timely manner, and not have lingering payments for long periods of time. Thank you for your understanding, and I am pleased to offer this as an option to my customers :)
